Roasted Carrots Recipe
A great way to get more vegetables in your diet is to prepare them in new ways. This recipe for roasted carrots is sweet and savory. Preheat your oven to 375º F, in a bowl mix a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of thyme, a pinch of mustard seed, and salt and pepper to taste. Coat your carrots in the sauce and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and then roll the carrots over and bake for another 20 minutes. This delicious recipe will pair well with any main course.
