Skip The Potato: Make Brussel Sprout Chips

Potato chips are addicting mostly because of the salt and the crunch. You can get that same salty, crunchy goodness with the healthier food: brussel sprouts.

To make, preheat your oven to 350º. Cut your brussel sprouts so that the leaves fall off. Take the leaves and put them in a bowl with a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil. Toss them all together so that the brussel sprouts are lightly covered in olive oil. Place the leaves on a baking sheet. Bake them in your oven for about 8 or 9 minutes. Check on them after 5 minutes. You want the leaves to be golden and crispy, not burnt. Let them cool a little and then enjoy!
