3. Extended Cone Stretch
The extended cone stretch is a classic stretch that is easy to do anywhere. It helps to alleviate tension in your spine, arms, shoulders, and neck. Lift both arms above your head and interlace your fingers, with your palms facing the ceiling. Stretch and reach with your palms, allowing your spine to lengthen. As you push your arms up, pull your shoulders down. Let your hands go over to the left side and lengthen the right side of your torso, then alternate. Remember to breathe deep during this.
