Here’s a tough move that will work your core like crazy. It targets your rectus abdominis, which is responsible for that six-pack look. Lie flat on your back, on a mat, and pull your knees gently to your chest. Set a yoga block, or another similar shaped, flat object, on your feet. Carefully straighten your legs. Balance the block on your feet, then lift your hips an inch or two off the floor, and then lower with control. Do a set of ten. Rest, then do 10 more. If this is too challenging, you can do it without the block. You could also try to hold a ball between your ankles.
