3. Camel Pose

Camel Pose, a chest and heart opening stretch, helps open you up, get your blood flowing, and deepens your breath. To get into camel pose, kneel down on your shins, but keep your hips straight. Place your palms on your lower back, with your elbows pointing back away from you. Lean your head back a little, then look up to the ceiling. Then carefully move your hands to the arches of your feet. Remember to keep your thighs going inward and your shoulder blades going down.
