3- Superman Pose- Viparita Shalabhasana

Lie down flat on your mat, on your stomach. reach your arms out in front of you and use your stomach muscles and glutes to lift your arms and legs off the mat. Be careful not to strain your neck or lower back in this pose. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times. Or for a more intense exercise, alternate fluttering your left arm and right leg, then right arm & left leg.
